Honor and Respect for Elmer “Tuffy” Clifford Harshbarger, 90 U S Air Force Korean War Veteran for his final services on Tuesday, 13 June 2023. Elmer went to be with the Lord on Friday, 9 June 2023.
Elmer, was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served in the Korean War and a member of the American Legion Post 177, Barboursville. He was a retired employee of ACF Industries.
