The family of Stanley Farley has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand up a mission of honor for the final services of their loved one. “Stan” was a US Navy veteran, a former WV State Trooper, and served as the Putnam County Sheriff for eight years; he was a true public servant. Lark E. Scott, USN, Oak Hill, WV 27 Nov 11   The family of Lark E.
