HOTH – Honoring Our Heroes – Sistersville, WV – 10, 11, 12 Sep 15

The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to participate in the upcoming “Honoring our Heroes” event to be held in Sistersville, WV, on September 10, 11, and 12th.   This will be a two part mission.  On Thursday, September 10, we will provide an escort for the WV Vietnam Traveling Wall into Sistersville, ending at the city park.    On Friday, we have been asked to provide a flag line at the wall, for the ceremony honoring fallen heroes from the area.  Their names will be read at this…

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the 2015 Spirit of ’45 Commemoration, celebrating the end of World War II on Sunday, 16 Aug, at the Donel C. Zion cemetery in Wheeling on July 1, 2015 at 6 p.m. This ceremony is part of the ongoing reconstruction/refurbishing of this cemetery that will include placing flags on the grave sites of several veterans.
