The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the 2015 Spirit of ’45 Commemoration, celebrating the end of World War II on Sunday, 16 Aug, at the Donel C. Kinard Memorial State Veteran’s Cemetery, 130 Academy Drive, Institute, WV. https://tinyurl.com/pg74lhn
The Commemoration will begin at 1215. This will not be a lengthy program, and the presence of a Patriot Guard flag line has been requested. The ceremony will take place at the committal shelter.
Staging location will be at the parking lot on the left side of the road, just past the the cemetery Admin building. Please arrive there no later than 1145; we will depart the parking lot for the short ride back to the shelter. The flag line will need to be in place at the shelter shortly after 1200 noon.
