Wreaths Across America – Institute, WV – 15 Dec 12

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the Wreaths Across America (WAA) ceremony at the Donel C. Kinnard State Veteran’s Cemetery located in Institute, WV. This will be the first WAA ceremony at this new cemetery.
