The Base Commander of the 130th Airlift Wing in Charleston, WV has invited the Patriot Guard to attend three separate welcome home celebrations. Members of the 130th will be returning home from their deployment in Southwest Asia on July 12th, 14th, and 16th. The Patriot Guard has once again been asked to participate in the annual Boatsie’s Boxes Fund Raising/Ceremony held at Cabela’s in the Highlands at Dallas Pike, WV. This annual event is held to raise money to send “care” packages to our troops overseas worldwide.
