The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in silent Honor and Respect for Gerald E. “Peck” Blakley, Sr., 98, for his final services on Tuesday, 20 Jan 15.  Peck went to be with the Lord on 16 Jan 15. He served with the 2nd ID during WWII, landing with the second wave at Normandy.  He also participated in the Battle of the Bulge in the Ardennes Forest and concluded his honorable service in Czchoslavakia in 1945. The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to stand in silence and honor for Sgt. Blaine Elbert Harmon, age 83, U.S. Army, Korean Conflict, who was awarded the  Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Korean Service Medal, with 3 bronze service stars . Before his final rest, he resided with his son-in-law and daughter, Deputy Gerry and Anna McGrath, who both are Patriot Guard Riders and LEO’s Sgt.
