_ABOUT THE MISSION:_*

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in silent Honor and Respect for SPC William A. Rhodes, U.S. Army, who went to be with the Lord on 30 Nov from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Fort Polk, LA. SPC  Rhodes served as an infantry rifleman assigned to 2nd Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division.

Services will be on Saturday, 09 Dec, at the Chapman Funeral Home, 3941 Teays Valley Rd., Hurricane, WV with interment to follow in Nichols-McCown Cemetery, Cross Lanes, WV.

Mission brief at 1145.

Flag line will be in place prior to start of visitation at 1200 and maintained until start of services at 1300

At the conclusion of services, flag line will be set for William’s dignified transfer to the hearse.

Depending on the weather, escort will be provided to the cemetery but due to the rough, hilly terrain, will most likely be stopped at the bottom of the hill.

Early weather forecast is for temperatures near 40 with a 70% of dry conditions.
