ABOUT THE MISSION:
Kelly Dulin (WVPGR RC) has requested the Patriot Guard Riders presence at the funeral and burial service for her husband “Dave”, this coming Friday, November 16, 2018. Dave was a retired USAF MSgt, who served our nation during Operation Desert Storm. He passed away unexpectedly on Veteran’s Day.

Kelly has requested a flag line for the viewing at the Good Shepherd Mortuary in South Charleston, then when the service is over, an escort to the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veteran’s Cemetery in Institute.

Weather at mission time should be partly sunny with a high in the mid-40s; please dress accordingly.

Flag Line: 12:00 – 1:00 pm.

Use your own judgment as to your means of conveyance; the escort distance to the cemetery is less than 10 miles. Dave and Kelly were both riders.

Due to the weather, bikes with flags will not be requested, but it would be nice to have a few in the escort, however, safety is paramount, especially in the cold.

Flags & Water:
Flags will not be provided

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.

Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
