| Wreaths Across America Wreaths Across America - Old WV National Cemetery Grafton, West Virginia - December 17, 2022 About the Mission: Please join us we stand for the Wreaths Across America ceremony at the Old WV National Cemetery. All participants are invited (and encouraged) to assist in the placement of the wreaths on headstones at the conclusion of the service. Wreaths Across America's motto is "REMEMBER-HONOR-TEACH", family, youth, and friends are invited to this most honorable event. Primary Staging Details: Ride Captain: Gary Parkhill Instructions: Briefing: 2:15 PM At the conclusion of the ceremony, all who are able and willing are asked to assist in the placing of the wreaths at the gravesite of our Veterans.
