The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to stand a flag line at the opening Veterans Day Celebration on Saturday, Nov 8 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Martins Ferry City Park 222 South Zane Hwy (https://mapq.st/104hXBI).
This is a Celebration to Honor our Hero’s from all over the valley, past and present.
Staging will be at the City Park and our Flag Line will be in place as soon as the parade arrives
FOR THOSE WANTING TO BE IN THE PARADE
For those of you who would like to be a part of the parade this is a non-PGR part of the mission.
Staging for the Parade we will meet at the Bob Evans in Bridgeport OH (https://mapq.st/4-J6vN) at 11:45 am
KSU: 12:00 pm
We will take a short ride to the staging location at 500 Center Street Martins Ferry Oh (https://mapq.st/4-J6vN). Parade route is from N. Zane Hwy, Hanover St, to 4th St, to Grant Ave. ending at the City Park.
Once the parade is over with we will form our flag line for the opening Celebration. Please remember to bring your 3×5 flag and come to enjoy an afternoon celebrating our Hero’s. Please pay attention to the weather and dress and travel accordingly.
