HOTH – Flag Dedication Ceremony – Wheeling, WV – 01 Jul 15

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the Flag dedication ceremony to be held at the Mt. Zion cemetery in Wheeling on July 1, 2015 at 6 p.m.

This ceremony is part of the ongoing reconstruction/refurbishing of this cemetery that will include placing flags on the grave sites of several veterans. This cemetery has been abandoned for many years and is now receiving a revival. The local community has come together to bring respect and honor back to these heroes. Attendees will also be asked to volunteer in help placing of several hundred flags.

Staging will be at 5:15 p.m. at:

Briefing will be at 5:45, followed by a short trip to the cemetery.

As always, monitor the weather for proper dress and safe travel.
