William “Bill” Ray Shumaker, 75 U S Air Force Veteran for his final services on Thursday, 1 December 2022. William went to be with the Lord on Saturday 26, November 2022.
Bill graduated from Grafton High School, Class of 1965, and attended Columbia Tech for two years. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Bill worked twenty-two years at Harmon Construction and was a project supervisor for WVDOH for twenty -one years.
