Patriot Guard will escort Mr. Williams from Huntington, WV to the Capital in Charleston, WV where he will lie in state.
Hershel Woodrow Williams, affectionately known as Woody went home to be with the Lord June 29, 2022. Woody peacefully joined his beloved wife Ruby while surrounded by his family at the VA Medical Center which bears his name.
