The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the widow of Randall C. Wiggins, US Army National Guard (Ret) and Veteran of Desert Storm, to stand in silent Honor and Respect during his final services and interment on Tuesday, 24 Jul. Randall went to be with the Lord on Friday, 20 Jul.
Services will be held at Leavitt Funeral Home, 403 7th St., Parkersburg, WV (https://tinyurl.com/d7h545e), beginning at 1100.
Interment will follow in Shiloh Cemetery, Laurel Creek Rd, Parkersburg, WV.
Staging will be at the funeral home at 0945 with flag line in place NLT 1000, maintained until start of services.
At the conclusion of services, flag line will be re-established as he is moved to the hearse for his final journey. Upon arrival at the gravesite, we will have another flag-line during graveside services.
