The family of Dwight E. Rose has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the final service for their loved one. Dwight served in the US Army for over 20 years, and was a true patriot. We have been asked to stand up a flag line at the church prior to the service, provide escort to the cemetery, and also do a flag line at the cemetery. Dwight will be interred at the Donel C. Kinard Memorial State Veteran’s Cemetery in Institute, WV.
The service is earlier than what we normally experience, but I hope that will not be a deterrent for those who would normally be available to attend that day. If your bike/cage is set up to safely fly flags in a procession, please come prepared to do so. Dress for the weather, and please remember your 3×5 flags. Mission information follows:
Staging time: Anytime after 0830, with the flag line in place by 0900
