Once again, the Principal at Clay County High School has requested the Patriot Guard Rider’s presence at their annual Veteran’s Day Program. This annual event is one we all look forward to, and if you’ve never had the opportunity to attend, I would encourage you to add this to your calendar. The program takes place at Clay County High School in Clay, WV on Wednesday, November 9th.

We have been invited to arrive in time for lunch, and if you are planning to attend, please let me know…we need to provide a head-count to the school no-later-than Monday, November 7th. You can simply reply to me via email at “deaconbiker@yahoo.com“, or send a text to 304-610-1324.

Initial Staging: Go-Mart, Elkview, WV (Exit 9) on I-79 North.

Staging time: Arrive whenever you wish (there is food and gas), but be prepared to depart at 0930

Secondary Staging: Go-Mart, Clay, WV at the intersection of Rt 4 & Rt 16, departing no later than 1045.

Lunch begins at 1100, followed by the program at 1245. Bring your 3×5 flags because we will provide a flag line in the auditorium, through which the guests of honor will pass prior to the start of the program. The faculty and students provide a very respectful and honorable program for Veteran’s Day…you will not be disappointed.
