MEMORIAL MISSION Virgil Boyd Adkins, US Army Korean War KIA Hinton, WV August 17, 2012   The family and friends of Virgil Boyd Adkins have requested the Patriot Guard Riders to assist in memorial honors for their hero. Virgil was killed in action while protecting his unit’s departure from the field 10 days before the end of the Korean War. Terry Richard Kessel, 64, Romney, passed on to his heavenly home on June 14, 2012.  Terry loved his country and served in the Navy Reserve Seabees for over 20 years.
