Staging Instructions:
For those traveling North, staging time will be 1245 with KSU at 1300. There is a 5 mile road construction area around Exit 19. Extreme caution is urged!
For those traveling South, staging time will be 1315 with KSU at 1330.
Any who cannot make the staging areas or are coming from a different direction, meet at the Park and Ride at the Wallback exit NLT 1345.

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in honor for WVSP Corporal Marshall Bailey and Trooper Eric Workman at the dedication of the bridge in their honor. Corp. Bailey and Trp. Workman were killed in the line of duty at Wallback on 31 Aug 2012.
WVRC Anita Gunnoe (argunnoe@yahoo.com ) is the RCIC. Dave Rowan (drowan64@aol.com ) is the CO-RC.
Ceremony will be held at the bridge on I-79, Exit 34, beginning at 1400.
Staging location for those traveling North will be at the Go-Mart at the Elkview Exit 9 on I-79.
Staging for those traveling South will be at the Exxon, Big Otter, Exit 40 on I-79.
Additional information will be provided at staging areas.
