The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in silent Honor and Respect for Robert “Bob” Stanley, 62, USMC Vietnam Veteran, for his final services on Saturday, 03 Oct 15. Bob went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, 30 Oct.
Services will be held at the Reasner Funeral Home, 1515 Charles St., Wellsburg, WV (https://tinyurl.com/p5ppfzo) beginning at 1400.
This will be a flag line only mission. No escort is needed.
Susan Whitlatch (nascarangel628@aol.com) is the designated RCIC of this most honorable mission.
Staging will be at the funeral home at 1230.
Mission brief at 1245.
Flag line will be in place prior to the family’s arrival, NLT 1300, and will be maintained until start of visitation services at 1400.
At the start of visitation, our mission will be concluded.
Weather forecast for Saturday is for temperatures in the mid-50’s and an 80% chance of showers. As there is no escort, use your own best judgment on your method of transportation.
Understanding this, most likely, will not occur under ideal weather conditions, if at all possible please make an effort to attend as we say “Welcome Home”, “Thank You” and “God Speed” to another of our native sons who willingly gave of himself to protect YOUR freedom and liberty during a period when such service was frowned upon by many.
