   The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in silent Honor and Respect for Sgt Denver Britton, US Army, WWII Veteran.  Denver went to be with Lord on 17 Jan 14.  He served our country during WWII in the U.S. Army stationed in the South Pacific earning the Bronze Star. 

   Funeral services will be on Wednesday, 29 Jan 14, at the Leavitt Funeral Home, 403 7th St., Parkersburg, WV (https://tinyurl.com/mqsscea) beginning at 1200.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home for two hours prior to the commencement of services. 

   Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery in Williamstown, WV.

    WV SC Joe Cumblidge (wvugo2001@suddenlink.net) is the RCIC of this most honorable mission.

    Staging will be at the funeral home at 1030 with mission brief at 1045.  Flag line will be in place by 1100 and maintained until start of services.

    Long range weather forecast is calling for overnight lows of -1 on Tuesday with a daytime high of +11 on Wednesday.  Bikes will NOT be required nor are they advised.  Above all else, please ensure you dress and travel for the weather conditions.  YOUR safety and well-being is paramount.

    Understanding this is a work day, if at all possible, please do your best to attend as we say thank you and goodbye to another of America’s Greatest Generation.
