The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in silent Honor and Respect for A3C Lawrence Stieringer, U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War era for his final services on Saturday, 16 May 15. Lawrence went to be with the Lord on 11 May.

Airman Stieringer is the Father of West Virginia District 4 Ride Captain Linda Stimmel.

During his military service, Lawrence was an Airman in the West Virginia Air National Guard, Co “A”, Heavy Tank Battalion. He was then A1C in the USAF 55th/72nd Air Police Squadron at Ramey AFB, PR.

Services will be held at McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Rd., Morgantown, WV (https://tinyurl.com/kvueu89) beginning at 1030.

Staging will be at the funeral home at 0900.

Mission brief will be at 0915.

Flag line will be in place NLT 0930 and maintained until the start of services.

At the conclusion of services, flag line will be set as Lawrence is moved to the hearse for his final journey to Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, 1290 Fairmont Rd., Morgantown, WV (https://tinyurl.com/ksgndse), about two miles from the funeral home.  Escort WILL be provided.

Please be mindful of the current weather before departing home.  Dress and travel accordingly ensuring you are properly hydrated.
