The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand in silent Honor and Respect for Col Michael V. Waggle, 42, U.S. Air Force. Col Waggle went to be with the Lord on Sunday, 7 Oct 12, after a lengthy illness.
Col Waggle began a 20 year military career in 1992, having served tours in Kosovo and Iraq being awarded the Bronze Star for work he accomplished during oversight of oil reconstruction contracts.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held on Friday, 5 Oct, at Sacred Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 200 Preston Ave., Weirton, WV (https://tinyurl.com/8kcn8n7) beginning at 1000.
There will be NO escort at the conclusion of services, however, at the discretion of the RCIC, we will remain at the Church to re-establish our flag line as the family is departing.
Interment will follow at a later date on the Hallowed Grounds of Arlington National Cemetery.
